This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and monitor the maintenance of project plans, schedules, and outputs.

• Lead the project work packages focused on dissemination and communication activities.

• Represent Yordas during online and in-person project meetings, taking ownership of project deliverables.

• Allocate resources and budgets in alignment with project requirements.

• Implement, analyze, and optimize dissemination and communication campaigns along with associated activities.

• Lead initiatives for stakeholder engagement.

• Supervise the development and upkeep of project websites and marketing materials including social media, events, presentations, brochures, banners, newsletters, and videos.

• Organize events and webinars.

• Maintain documentation for projects and evidence.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the availability of resources for planned project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Communication, Project Management) or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience in Project Management, particularly in events or marketing.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and keen attention to detail.

• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

• Previous experience with Horizon Europe or comparable publicly funded projects.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for project meetings and events across Europe.

• Skills in graphic design, copywriting, and video editing are advantageous.

• A demonstrated interest in or experience with sustainability and environmental science projects is preferred and will be advantageous in the selection process.
