Home Care Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist families and clients during initial discussions regarding in-home, non-medical care.

• Engage with prospective clients mainly via phone, as well as through email, chat, and text.

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls, typically exceeding 80 calls per day.

• Understand client requirements and align them with suitable care solutions.

• Articulate services, seek commitment, and arrange follow-up consultations.

• Achieve or surpass sales targets, including call volume, conversion rates, and quality benchmarks.

• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to monitor activities and ensure consistent follow-up.

• Report directly to the Sales Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in phone-based sales or customer service (both inbound and outbound).

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call setting.

• Driven by achieving goals and earning incentives.

• Strong empathetic communication abilities coupled with confident sales execution.

• Experience working remotely, effectively managing time, and maintaining connection with a virtual team.

• Background in home care, healthcare, or senior services is highly advantageous.

• Required attendance during the initial three-week virtual training period, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm Central Time, with active on-camera participation.

• Availability for a consistent schedule, including every fourth weekend, evenings, and weekends.
