Home Care Aide

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized assistance with daily living activities, ensuring safe transfers, and providing support with bathing and grooming, as well as mobility devices.

• Change linens, manage light laundry tasks, and maintain clean and hazard-free living environments.

• Offer medication reminders and document basic vital signs or observations.

• Engage clients through activities such as reading aloud, reminiscing, and guiding simple chair exercises.

• Record care notes and promptly communicate any changes to the RN or Care Supervisor.

• Provide individualized in-home support for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a recognized Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent qualification).

• Minimum of 1 year of paid experience in home health, hospice, or facility settings.

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

• Strong skills in both written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency in updating digital care logs.

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).

• A sincere commitment to building trust and preserving dignity for every client.
