This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with prospective home buyers throughout their home-buying process.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, connecting them with RBC colleagues and partners.

• Offer expert credit advice at various stages of the home-buying journey.

• Educate clients on home equity financing, personal lending, credit card options, and everyday banking solutions.

• Reach out to leads generated through online home journey tools like True Home Affordability.

• Establish consistent contact strategies and maintain relationship management systems.

• Assist clients in understanding, researching, and validating their home equity financing options and mortgage application choices.

• Utilize video capabilities, screen sharing, and advisor/client dashboards to enhance the client experience.

• Identify opportunities for collaboration and facilitate warm introductions to RBC partners.

• Stay updated on RBC policies and procedures while exercising due diligence.

• Work various shifts from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 8 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM local time.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of lending experience, encompassing end-to-end processing of credit applications up to funding.

• Proven experience in mortgage lending.

• Familiarity with home equity financing transactions.

• Demonstrated ability to provide complex credit advice, including mortgage fulfillment.

• Professional-level position; established experience in lending; not an entry-level role.

• An adaptable and agile mindset, consistently delivering an outstanding client experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust, encourage loyalty, and proactively develop client relationships.

• Excellent communication, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

• Digital proficiency across smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices.

• Willingness to provide advice and service during evenings and weekends.

• Capability to work independently as a Remote Office Employee (ROE) from home, with proven time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to fulfill technological and confidentiality requirements, including a private and quiet workspace and reliable Internet connectivity.

• Previous relationship management experience in the financial or service industry is a plus.

• Enthusiasm for creating exceptional client experiences across phone, chat, email, and other communication channels is a plus.
