Hmong Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Engage in conversations with AI models involving language scenarios

• Assess factual accuracy and logical coherence

• Record reproducible error traces

• Document instances of model failures

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

• Assist in training language models for understanding the Hmong language

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Hmong language, covering grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics

• Capability to assess verb conjugation, case systems, word order, declensions, gender, and stylistic variations

• A bachelor's degree in Hmong language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred

• Relevant experience such as peer-reviewed publications, teaching roles, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects indicates suitability

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to demonstrate your reasoning

• Geographic location, experience, and expertise will be taken into account when determining the final rate
