Hmong Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Professionally handle incoming calls, adhering to the interpreter's ethical standards.

• Familiarize yourself with the specialized terminology used in the healthcare and medical sectors.

• Participate in internal professional development training sessions.

• Communicate effectively and provide updates to your team leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 90% proficiency in English.

• Reliable wired internet connection is essential.

• Must possess a noise-canceling, wired headset.

• Operating system should be Windows 10 or newer, or Apple or Linux OS.

• At least 8 GB of RAM is required.

• Processor should be Intel Core i5 or an equivalent model.

• A USB video camera with a resolution of 720p or higher is necessary.

• Proficient or bilingual/native level in both English and Hmong.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interpreting.

• Demonstrated high emotional intelligence and an appreciation for diverse cultures.

• Excellent communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills are required.
