This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving sales objectives and desired business outcomes.

• Identify and prioritize essential customers, healthcare providers, and institutions to enhance product sales and market reach.

• Continuously evaluate and analyze sales performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and execute corrective actions.

• Act as the primary sales representative for customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute sales strategies, promotional initiatives, and tactics.

• Observe market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.

• Efficiently and responsibly manage the expense budget for the designated sales territory.

• Keep comprehensive records of expenses, sales activities, customer interactions, and other pertinent data.

• Stay updated with advancements, clinical data, and scientific literature related to HIV treatment.

• Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies concerning sales and marketing.

• Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism in interactions with customers and healthcare professionals.

• Market an injectable and infused HIV treatment product within the assigned territory.

• Develop and oversee the assigned territory as a member of the EVERSANA/Theratechnologies sales team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a healthcare-related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HIV Sales or sales related to infectious diseases, Hepatology, Cardiovascular, or diabetes.

• Proven track record of sales success.

• Strong customer focus.

• Demonstrated experience in building, maintaining, and leveraging relationships.

• Advanced skills in Managed Care Organizations, Accountable Care Organizations, and Patient-Centered approaches.

• Strong collaboration skills with Marketing and Sales Teams.

• Willingness to travel overnight.

• Valid driver’s license and capacity to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise noted.

• Flexibility to work a schedule that accommodates events and conferences.

• Ability and readiness to conduct field travel five days a week and attend sales meetings, client locations, and other venues, including overnight trips.

• Capacity to set objectives and deliver on agreed-upon goals within tight deadlines.

• Strong prioritization skills.

• Ability to generate innovative ideas and develop solutions.

• Competence to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Adaptability and flexibility.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams towards a unified vision of success.
