This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Engage with advanced language models focusing on Hindi language subjects.

• Document instances of model errors to enhance reasoning capabilities.

• Interact with models in various language contexts.

• Assess factual accuracy and logical coherence.

• Record reproducible error patterns.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation standards.

• Assist in generating high-quality training data for next-generation AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Hindi language, encompassing grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics.

• Capability to assess verb conjugation, noun declension, sentence structure, regional dialects, idiomatic expressions, and distinctions between formal and informal speech.

• Ability to engage with language models in language scenarios.

• Competence in verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness.

• Skill in capturing reproducible error traces.

• Capacity to recommend improvements in prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills with a willingness to demonstrate your thought process.

• A Master’s or PhD in Hindi language, linguistics, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or practical linguistic analysis projects is indicative of suitability.
