This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accurately convey concepts and meanings between Hindi and English while maintaining complexity, clarity, tone, style, grammar, and syntax.

• Deliver precise interpretations of messages, capturing every detail of conversations.

• Manage difficult calls at any time effectively.

• Utilize exceptional customer service and communication skills, including clear enunciation, pronunciation, a pleasant and professional voice, and courteous expression.

• Adhere to client instructions and oversee call flow without dominating the conversation.

• Refrain from engaging with limited-English speakers without prior client approval.

• Maintain composure when speakers are distressed or incoherent, particularly during emergencies.

• Be punctual and accessible during designated work hours.

• Ensure reliable internet access for work-related electronic communications.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Native proficiency in both English and Hindi.

• B2/HSK4 certification is mandatory.

• Advanced understanding of cultural dynamics, implications, and idiomatic expressions of the languages.

• Strong listening, retention, and note-taking abilities.

• Capability to concentrate, remain detached from conversations, and uphold neutrality and objectivity.

• Skill to articulate cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication, with client approval or upon request.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

• Availability for 5 working days with 2 rotational days off.

• Access to the internet for work-related electronic communications.
