High Volume Retail Banking Construction Project Manager – HVAC, Roofing, Parking Lots

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to a designated market or client account.

• Oversee all aspects of individual real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.

• Collaborate directly with clients to develop scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control measures, and risk assessments.

• Determine project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through the qualification process.

• Execute requests for proposals, perform bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

• Enforce project documentation governance in accordance with company and client standards.

• Ensure the integrity of project data and maintain accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.

• Lead project delivery teams by providing guidance and direction.

• Formulate action plans to achieve objectives, budgets, and timelines.

• Monitor project progress and report on status and discrepancies.

• Recognize project risks and devise mitigation and contingency strategies.

• Execute action plans to minimize or eliminate project risks.

• Utilize standard principles and techniques on complex tasks while offering innovative solutions.

• Mentor others and share expertise in the job discipline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related construction field is preferred.

• Excellent organizational and management capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a wider team.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and other construction project management tools.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Must be able to work in the Mountain time zone.

• SOX control responsibilities may be applicable where relevant.
