High Volume Retail Banking Construction Project Manager – HVAC, Roofing, Parking Lots

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to a designated market or client account

• Assist a financial retail banking client with high-volume construction initiatives

• Oversee HVAC, roofing, parking lot, and other related real estate projects

• Manage phases including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout

• Develop scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control measures, and risk identification

• Determine project delivery resources and facilitate requests for proposals and bid assessments

• Enforce project documentation governance and maintain data integrity

• Lead project delivery teams and formulate action plans

• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates and discrepancies

• Recognize project risks and formulate risk mitigation and contingency strategies

• Utilize project management principles for complex tasks and offer innovative solutions

• Mentor colleagues and impart knowledge across various job disciplines

• Articulate complex or sensitive information clearly

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred along with 5-8 years of pertinent experience

• A combination of education and experience may be accepted in place of a degree

• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations

• Capability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of diverse information sources

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong organizational skills coupled with an advanced inquisitive mindset

• Proficient math skills

• Ability to perform calculations involving percentages, fractions, and other finance-related metrics

• Availability within the Pacific Time Zone
