This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation) within the designated territory.
• Focus on enterprise accounts, craft competitive conversion strategies, enhance installed base and portfolio penetration, and strategize for multi-year revenue growth.
• Manage complex sales processes including executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business-case development, competitive positioning, contract strategy, negotiation support, close planning, and alignment for implementation.
• Foster executive sponsorship and establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite executives, laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health system leaders.
• Create integrated automation and informatics value propositions linked to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate team-selling efforts across Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Manage commercial execution for a senior territory portfolio, including funnel management, opportunity risk assessment, forecast accuracy, CRM governance, strategic account planning, business reviews, and escalation of growth barriers.
• Act as the regional expert in Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Influence strategic initiatives, support launch readiness, enhance competitive intelligence, and shape specialty portfolio growth priorities.
• Quantify customer impact in areas such as operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue opportunity, risk reduction, and overall value of ownership.
• Develop executive-level growth plans for key accounts.
• Increase market share, safeguard at-risk business, create referenceable customers, enhance loyalty, and achieve measurable commercial, operational, and clinical outcomes.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Capability to influence executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement stakeholders.
• Extensive commercial knowledge in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience in Hemostasis (Coagulation) is strongly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is valued.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is required.
• Experience with Miller Heiman is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Advanced skills in leading without authority, working cross-functionally, influencing internal priorities, and driving accountability.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to articulate the business value of hemostasis science, laboratory workflow, automation, informatics, and financial impact.
• Proven record of surpassing growth targets, expanding market share, displacing competitors, and establishing sustainable customer partnerships.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates must reside within the assigned territory and comply with travel prerequisites.
• A valid driver's license in the state of residence is required.
• No prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations, unless prohibited by law.
• Must satisfy applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may encompass valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
