This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for the Hemostasis (Coagulation) territory and specialty.
• Lead intricate and strategically important sales processes, which include executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business-case development, competitive positioning, contract strategy, negotiation assistance, close planning, and alignment of implementation.
• Foster executive sponsorship and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives, laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health system leaders.
• Create integrated automation and informatics value propositions linked to Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate complex, matrixed team-selling initiatives across Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Manage commercial execution for a senior territory portfolio, which includes funnel management, opportunity risk assessment, forecast accuracy, CRM governance, strategic account planning, business reviews, and escalation of growth challenges.
• Act as the regional subject matter expert in Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Shape strategic pursuits, support launch readiness, enhance competitive intelligence, and influence growth priorities within the specialty portfolio.
• Measure customer impact, including operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue opportunities, risk reduction, and overall value of ownership.
• Develop executive-level growth plans for priority accounts that aim to expand market share, safeguard at-risk business, create referenceable clients, enhance loyalty, and deliver tangible commercial, operational, and clinical results.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-level sales initiatives across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Established ability to influence executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement stakeholders.
• Extensive commercial knowledge in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience in Hemostasis (Coagulation) is strongly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is valued.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is essential.
• Experience with Miller Heiman is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% as necessary.
• Advanced capability to lead without formal authority, collaborate with cross-functional team members, influence internal priorities, and drive accountability across complex, matrixed commercial initiatives.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, consultative selling, and business-value translation skills.
• Consistent history of surpassing growth targets, increasing market share, displacing competitors, advancing strategic opportunities, and building enduring customer partnerships.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates must reside within the assigned territory and fulfill travel obligations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Must not have previous DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations unless legally exempt.
• Must comply with applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may involve valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
