This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Promote customer engagement and enhance sales performance through impactful in-person interactions at Hemophilia Treatment Centers, with healthcare providers, multidisciplinary HTC care teams, and community hospitals.
• Establish compliant relationships with hematologists, HTCs, and multidisciplinary care teams within designated accounts.
• Convey approved promotional messages and disease-state information to encourage the appropriate use of Hemophilia products.
• Utilize product, disease, and market insights to discover opportunities, prioritize accounts, and facilitate suitable treatment options.
• Assist in patient access by offering information regarding prior authorization requirements, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources as applicable.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, eliminate access barriers, and further Hemophilia business goals.
• Employ digital tools and insights to strategize, implement, and enhance activities within the Hemophilia territory.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or related therapeutic healthcare provider experience.
• Possession of a valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• 3–5 years of experience in specialty sales, ideally within the Hemophilia sector.
• Strong comprehension of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and influential accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making abilities, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in digital engagement tools, such as Veeva Engage and Zoom, as well as comfort with hybrid selling models.
• Must be able to reside within a reasonable distance of all business locations in the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office sites within the territory.
• Capability to stay overnight as needed based on territory size and business requirements.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
