This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Promote PharmaEssentia products, including BESREMi®, to designated targeted customers and distribution channels.
• Oversee two existing geographical territories with a specific target list and objectives based on geographic opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic territory plans involving all stakeholders engaged in patient care.
• Provide education to hematologists/oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy and therapeutics groups, teaching institutions, hospitals, and formulary committees regarding BESREMi®.
• Communicate the clinical profile and pivotal trial data of BESREMi®.
• Address both clinical and non-clinical obstacles to the adoption of treatment.
• Collaborate with market access, medical, and various cross-functional commercial teams.
• Create territory business plans and account/prescriber action strategies.
• Utilize analytics to identify trends and monitor progress toward goals.
• Achieve and surpass business objectives through strategic planning, collaboration, and execution.
• Assess plans using data and sound judgment, making necessary adjustments as required.
• Utilize CRM systems to evaluate and track customer status while progressing sales plans.
• Fulfill sales administration tasks, including T&E, compliance SOPs, and Sunshine reporting.
• Cultivate customer relationships and drive sales within academic and community-based institutions.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
• Experience in hematology, solid tumors, or rare diseases is essential.
• Proven track record in hematology oncology sales experience within academic and community-based institutions.
• Experience with new product launches is mandatory.
• Existing relationships with key customers, such as KOLs and key account leadership, are highly valued.
• Familiarity with other commercial functions is preferred.
• Experience in a start-up environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of performance and a commitment to making a difference for patients.
• Ability to comprehend all aspects of the sales cycle, including patient identification, clinical conviction, access and reimbursement barriers, and distribution navigation.
• Capacity to think creatively and seek solutions to engage customers and address business needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership presence.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment while maintaining a broad perspective amid uncertainty.
