Hebrew and English Speaking Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Provide support and oversee a range of Commercial and Operations requisitions throughout Israel and the broader Middle East & Africa region.

• Conduct recruitment for positions in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and South Africa.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager, TA, EEMEA.

• Act as the company's representative at recruitment events and career fairs.

• Utilize recruitment metrics, dashboards, and data-driven insights to aid in decision-making processes.

• Oversee recruitment procedures and enhance related processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English.

• An advanced degree with 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience in international recruitment is preferred.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems; knowledge of Workday is advantageous.

• Strong skills in sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting.

• Proven capability in managing high-volume recruitment across various business functions.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for metrics and presentations.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and consultation across all organizational levels.

• Strong capabilities in data analysis and reporting.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is essential.

• Additional language proficiencies are a plus (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin).

• A demonstrated history of building relationships and influencing through collaboration.

• Experience in tracking metrics, creating dashboards, and utilizing data-driven insights for recruitment.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Strong project management and process improvement skills.

• Experience in representing the organization at recruitment events and career fairs.

• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
