Healthy Planet Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain Healthy Planet registries and MPM metrics for the network, health system, and Community Connect partners.

• Set up and assist with Epic's HEDIS measure construction and care gap work queues under the value-based care license.

• Facilitate the migration of contracts from Arcadia through the team's prioritized process.

• Take on assigned, prioritized tasks from team leads and management, complete them with minimal oversight, and address design inquiries with the team prior to implementation.

• Manage ongoing maintenance of existing builds in addition to new projects, including cleanup, decommissioning, and optimization of Compass Rose campaigns and regulatory quality reporting.

• Enhance the population health team's capacity while addressing maintenance tasks, phasing out outdated infrastructure, and refining active systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Epic Healthy Planet certification; uncertified candidates and business analyst profiles will not be considered.

• A minimum of one year of direct Healthy Planet build experience in a live setting.

• Familiarity with the registry framework and MPM metric framework.

• Experience with Epic's HEDIS measure construction and care gap work queues.

• Mid-level proficiency: certified, knowledgeable about the complete toolkit, and capable of executing assigned tasks with minimal guidance.

• Not a coordinator, team leader, or subject matter expert.

• Highly collaborative, able to design alongside the team and prioritize requests through a formal intake process.

• Adaptable to changing priorities, engaged, and comfortable receiving direction.

• Preferred: exposure to clinically integrated networks or value-based care programs.

• Preferred: experience with Compass Rose campaign construction.

• Preferred: familiarity with regulatory quality reporting.

• Preferred: experience with Arcadia or similar population health analytics platforms.

• Preferred: Healthy Planet badges.
