Healthy Planet Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and address daily Epic Healthy Planet ServiceNow tickets.

• Assist with Epic upgrades every 3–4 months, which includes testing, validation, and documentation efforts.

• Play a key role in optimizing and enhancing the quality of the Epic Healthy Planet environment.

• Support initiatives to enhance modules as the organization shifts from optimization to sustainment.

• Analyze and resolve configuration issues and workflow gaps within Epic Healthy Planet.

• Record resolutions to issues, decisions on configurations, and results of enhancements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from population health, clinical, and technical areas to address care management and registry workflow requirements.

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the Healthy Planet environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Epic Healthy Planet certification is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of practical experience as an Epic Healthy Planet analyst.

• Proven experience in supporting a live Epic environment, specifically in optimization or sustainment roles.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for tracking and resolving issues.

• Strong grasp of population health, care management, and registry workflows.

• Ability to operate independently and handle multiple priorities in a fully remote setting.

• Must have the right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Experience in supporting Epic upgrades and module enhancements in a post-live setting.

• Background in Epic optimization and sustainment projects.

• Familiarity with workflows related to chronic disease management, care gap closure, and quality measure reporting.

• Experience in a consulting or contract support role.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills for engaging with both clinical and technical audiences.
