Healthcare Test Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate testing within Healthcare systems and networks, including integration, systems testing, interoperability testing, field testing, and customer acceptance.

• Assess network systems development to ensure system credibility and sustainability.

• Investigate and address critical operational issues in collaboration with engineering and technical support teams.

• Design, develop, implement, and uphold testing processes and diagnostic programs.

• Complete specifications and procedures for new product launches.

• Create test plans for all testing phases.

• Maintain records of test progress, document outcomes, compile reports, and present findings.

• Collaborate with clients to establish system requirements.

• Draft proposals that recommend processes or programs, ensuring follow-through on their implementation.

• Engage in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of internal quality control and reliability initiatives.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in Network Healthcare Testing.

• Proficient in Claims, Provider, and Enrollment Domains.

• Experience in the Pharmacy sector.

• Proven track record in managing complex end-to-end projects.

• Hands-on experience as an Automation Engineer, preferably using Selenium.

• Familiarity with Test Management tools.

• Client management experience.

• Willingness to adopt a flexible schedule to meet business needs and travel as necessary.

• Video cameras are required to be used during all interviews and for the first week of orientation.
