Healthcare Specialist, French – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models in both English and French regarding real-life healthcare situations and theoretical inquiries.

• Ensure clinical precision and logical consistency.

• Record reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and assessment metrics.

• Challenge sophisticated language models on topics such as disease prevention, treatment protocols, health equity, healthcare ethics, patient communication, and clinical documentation.

• Document instances of model failure to enhance reasoning capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in healthcare encompassing clinical workflows, patient care, diagnostics, public health, health systems management, and evidence-based practices.

• Proficiency in French.

• Experience in clinical or administrative settings.

• Knowledge of patient care standards and healthcare systems.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills.

• A master’s degree in nursing, public health, medicine, healthcare administration, or a closely related field is preferred.

• Contractor must provide a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.
