Healthcare Specialist, French – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Engage with advanced language models to explore topics related to disease prevention, treatment protocols, health equity, healthcare ethics, patient communication, and clinical documentation.

• Interact with the model in both English and French on practical healthcare scenarios as well as theoretical inquiries.

• Assess clinical accuracy and ensure logical consistency.

• Document reproducible error patterns and outline failure modes.

• Recommend enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in training AI systems aimed at clinical support, patient education, and medical research.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in nursing, public health, medicine, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in French is required.

• Prior clinical or administrative experience is essential.

• Knowledge of patient care standards and healthcare systems is necessary.

• Strong expertise in clinical workflows, patient care, diagnostics, public health, health systems management, and evidence-based practices.

• Excellent metacognitive communication skills.

• Ability to interact with the model in both English and French.

• While living in Belgium is not explicitly required, the posting lists Belgium as the location with Worldwide - Remote as the office option.
