Healthcare Specialist, Fluent in French – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage advanced language models focusing on disease prevention, treatment protocols, health equity, healthcare ethics, patient communication, and clinical documentation.

• Interact with the model in both English and French regarding real-world healthcare situations and theoretical inquiries.

• Assess clinical accuracy and ensure logical consistency.

• Document reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Record model failure modes to reinforce model reasoning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in French.

• Experience in a clinical or administrative setting.

• Knowledge of patient care standards and healthcare systems.

• Effective metacognitive communication skills (“showing your work”).

• Proficient in clinical workflows, patient care, diagnostics, public health, health systems management, and evidence-based practice.

• Understanding of healthcare delivery in French-speaking regions.

• Ability to engage with the model in both English and French.

• A Master’s degree in nursing, public health, medicine, healthcare administration, or a closely related field is preferred.
