This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assess the accuracy and practicality of healthcare operations plans, reports, and associated work products.
• Evaluate proposed strategies in relation to realistic healthcare delivery settings.
• Analyze workflows, service frameworks, operational priorities, and implementation factors.
• Identify operational deficiencies, unrealistic expectations, unsupported suggestions, bottlenecks, resource limitations, and process flaws.
• Examine clinical-service operations and care-delivery workflows.
• Evaluate the coordination among clinical teams, administrative functions, and support services.
• Review administrative processes, organizational workflows, governance, responsibilities, and operational protocols.
• Analyze healthcare resources, staffing, workload, and capacity considerations.
• Assess allocation choices, capacity limitations, service standards, costs, staffing, and trade-offs in operational performance.
• Evaluate workflow effectiveness, service quality, healthcare operations metrics, and recommendations for performance improvements.
• Review spreadsheets, analyses, calculations, assumptions, metrics, and reporting materials that support healthcare operations decisions.
• Examine documents, spreadsheets, reports, slide presentations, charts, tables, and visuals for accuracy, completeness, clarity, logic, and professional quality.
• Evaluate assigned outputs against specific domain quality standards.
• Provide clear and structured written feedback detailing identified strengths and weaknesses.
• Consistently apply evaluation standards across healthcare operations work products.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare operations, healthcare administration, clinical operations, health services management, healthcare analysis, or a closely related area.
• Experience in roles such as Healthcare Operations Manager, Healthcare Administrator, Clinical Operations Manager, Healthcare Analyst, Health Services Manager, or similar positions.
• Strong practical knowledge of healthcare operations and service delivery.
• Experience in developing or reviewing healthcare operating plans, workflows, performance reports, analyses, or related professional outputs.
• Ability to evaluate healthcare recommendations for operational feasibility, accuracy, and practical significance.
• Strong analytical judgement and attention to operational details.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides.
• Strong spreadsheet and analytical capabilities.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide precise, structured feedback.
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this engagement.
• A Master's degree or higher from a recognized institution is preferred.
