• Verify insurance benefits

• Conduct benefit investigations

• Address patient inquiries

• Collaborate with insurance plans and specialty pharmacies

• Assist patients in obtaining necessary medications

• Complete tasks in a dynamic healthcare setting

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Benefits Verification, HUB, Patient Services, or Healthcare Customer Service

• Background in high-volume call center operations

• Familiarity with communication to insurance plans and specialty pharmacies

• Understanding of medical and pharmacy benefits

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

• Dependable internet connection and a secure home working environment

• Preferred experience in the healthcare industry

• Ability to adhere to the specified Monday-Friday schedules and EST hours
