Healthcare Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the credentialing and enrollment applications for providers via US state portals, including GAMMIS and NCTracks.

• Manage the credentialing and certification prerequisites for BCBAs and RBTs.

• Prepare, review, and submit all necessary provider documentation and applications.

• Track the progress of applications and follow up on any pending, incomplete, or outstanding submissions.

• Keep precise records of credentialing, trackers, and provider documentation.

• Ensure that all credentialing requirements and accompanying documents are filled out correctly and submitted on time.

• Identify any missing documentation, discrepancies in applications, and potential delays.

• Provide updates on credentialing and enrollment progress to appropriate stakeholders.

• Maintain well-organized records and ensure adherence to relevant credentialing standards.

• Assist with provider credentialing and enrollment in the US healthcare sector for ABA therapy services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or medical credentialing.

• Familiarity with online credentialing portals or healthcare provider registration systems.

• Strong administrative, organizational, and document management abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.

• Capability to manage multiple applications and deadlines concurrently.

• Strong follow-through skills and the ability to independently handle assigned tasks.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in the US healthcare or ABA therapy sector (preferable).

• Knowledge of GAMMIS and NCTracks state portals (preferable).

• Experience in credentialing or enrolling BCBAs and RBTs (preferable).

• Understanding of US healthcare provider enrollment processes and certification requirements (preferable).
