This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage telehealth-related phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
• Handle a consistent volume of incoming customer calls while utilizing multiple systems.
• Provide information regarding services, provider availability, insurance coverage, and visit costs.
• Assist patients in scheduling virtual consultations.
• Offer technical support for enrollment, scheduling, joining telehealth visits, and account information.
• Investigate discrepancies in costs, refund requests, and insurance coverage issues; escalate cases to billing as needed.
• Guide patients through self-service options for visit history, sick slips, prescription information, and medical records.
• Collect patient feedback on provider quality, self-service options, and visit connectivity.
• Learn to navigate three systems while managing an average of 20 calls per day.
• Flexible availability to work hours covering 24/7/365 operations.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
• Must successfully complete a customer service assessment and typing test on a computer.
• Completion of a 3-week virtual training class and 1 week of nesting with 100% attendance is required.
• Successful passing of a background check.
• High-speed home internet with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed is necessary.
• Ability to connect the work computer directly to the home modem via Ethernet is essential.
• Satellite and wireless internet connections are not permitted.
• A quiet, distraction-free, and clutter-free workspace with no unauthorized individuals or electronics during working hours is required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Capacity to effectively multitask.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary.
