• Contact clients from Claro Perú

• Provide mobile device renewal offers with promotions and discounts

• Engage in remote training for a duration of 5 days

• Perform inbound and outbound tasks within the telecommunications sector

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education

• Professional experience is valued, although candidates without experience are also considered

• Availability to communicate with Claro Perú clients and offer device renewal services

• Availability for schedules from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

• Availability to work on Sundays and holidays as per the designated rest schedule
