Healthcare Appointment Setter – Regenerative Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Initiate pre-qualification calls with incoming patient inquiries.

• Promptly reach out to new leads and follow up with interested candidates.

• Evaluate lead readiness and assist qualified prospects in scheduling consultations.

• Confirm upcoming patient appointments to minimize no-show rates.

• Prepare patients for their visits and clarify the next steps.

• Gather or verify medical records information prior to appointments.

• Accurately document patient interactions and follow-up actions in client systems.

• Conduct post-treatment check-in calls to evaluate progress and outcomes.

• Foster relationships with current patients and promote repeat treatments as appropriate.

• Facilitate patient referrals, retention, and ongoing engagement.

• Participate in mandatory video meetings with camera activated.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in using GoHighLevel is essential.

• Prior experience in a medical, healthcare, clinical, patient coordination, or healthcare support role is mandatory.

• Customer service and/or sales experience is strongly preferred; 4–5 years is ideal.

• Experience in high-volume outbound patient calling is a requirement.

• Proven ability to build trust with prospective patients, qualify leads, and guide them toward scheduling consultations is necessary.

• Strong skills in charting and documentation are required.

• Must communicate in English clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

• Relevant work experience is a must.

• An NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance must be provided before onboarding.

• Must attend video meetings with the camera on as required.

• Access to a reliable laptop or desktop computer is necessary.

• A stable high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps is required.

• A noise-canceling headset is needed.

• A functional webcam is essential.

• A quiet and professional workspace is required.
