Health Sciences Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with advanced language models regarding clinical scenarios and theoretical questions in health science.

• Assess the factual accuracy and logical consistency of responses generated by the models.

• Document reproducible error traces and outline instances of model failures.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Test language models on various health science subjects, including anatomy, physiology, epidemiology, healthcare systems, diagnostics, pharmacology, nutrition, and public health.

• Assist in training AI systems designed to facilitate scientific discovery, educational initiatives, and clinical workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in human anatomy, physiology, epidemiology, healthcare systems, clinical diagnostics, pharmacology, nutrition, and public health.

• Capability to challenge language models on topics such as disease prevention, health promotion, clinical decision-making, evidence-based medicine, patient safety protocols, and healthcare ethics.

• Competence in verifying factual accuracy and logical consistency.

• Skill in capturing reproducible error traces.

• Ability to recommend improvements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline is preferred.

• Clinical experience, healthcare research, or teaching in health-related fields is a strong indicator of fit.

• As a contractor, you must provide a secure computer and high-speed internet access.
