Health Representative – High Specialty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Development, monitoring, and execution of specific action plans to impact various clients and maximize product sales.

• Analysis of market variables and coordination of the sales team to achieve results.

• Creation of new business opportunities.

• Identification of client needs across different sales channels and closing the sales cycle with decision-makers.

• Coordination of the sales team to implement activities and action plans.

• Management of product inclusions in public or private essential drug lists.

• Communication of market opportunities and competitor activities to develop commercial, medical, and marketing strategies.

• Customized implementation of marketing and commercial strategies for each client.

• Generation of internal collaboration networks and optimization of assigned resources.

• Collaboration with sales forces, marketing teams, medical teams, MSL, commercial areas, government relations, training, KAI, and legal departments.

• Relationship management with banks and insurers, health administrators, CBD, distributors, private hospitals, physicians, medical society leaders, and pharmacies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a medical representative.

• Expertise in medical knowledge of the product and competitors.

• Extensive knowledge in sales.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Understanding of the supply system's operations and terminology.

• Functional knowledge.

• Functional and technical skills.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Specialty/discipline: Marketing, Medicine, or related fields.

• Proficiency in English preferred.

• Full-time availability.

• High willingness to travel.

• Availability for remote work based in the field.
