Health Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Drive and generate interest among designated specialists for ethical products within assigned regions.

• Communicate science-driven product information to assist healthcare professionals in addressing patient requirements.

• Develop strategies to meet sales goals and expand market share.

• Organize and execute continuing medical education (CME) activities, which include roundtable discussions, webinars, symposia, and product showcases.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with target specialists, speakers, and key/emerging opinion leaders.

• Create and revise the Territory Master Work Plan to guide medical calls and program execution.

• Establish territory-specific initiatives to enhance comprehension of assigned products.

• Track sales performance, product distribution, and competitor actions.

• Compile and present operational and administrative reports.

• Collaborate with team members and counterparts in the territory.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by immediate supervisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a 4 or 5-year program.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PHR).

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Effective interpersonal abilities.

• Valid PRC license as a Medical Representative.

• Current driver's license.

• Open to being assigned anywhere across the Philippines.

• Conduct business in line with ethical standards.
