Health Plan Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming Medicare calls for a health insurance client during the open enrollment period.

• Assist callers in understanding their Medicare benefits.

• Respond to inquiries from callers.

• Support the client's staffing needs during the open enrollment phase.

• Process approximately 50–70 inbound calls each day, with 70 being the maximum expected.

• Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, skills, and relevant job knowledge.

• Demonstrated empathy and patience when assisting an elderly demographic.

• Capability to clarify Medicare benefits and address questions.

• Proven ability to manage inbound calls, generally ranging from 50 to 70 per day.

• Candidates must be located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for this contract-to-hire role.
