This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Collaborate with the Chief Customer Officer on customer strategy and execution, focusing on prioritizing initiatives and coordinating efforts across Evio.
• Oversee the operational framework for the bi-weekly Customer Advisory Committee by crafting agendas, coordinating executive involvement, preparing relevant materials and narratives, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-up actions are implemented.
• Facilitate customer engagement throughout Evio by connecting experts with customer needs and enhancing communication channels.
• Monitor adoption rates, value, and customer insights pertaining to medication contracting with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Collect and analyze data on customer adoption and value realization, partnering with the pharmaceutical contracting team to enhance customer value.
• Enhance customer relationship management through cross-functional processes and the implementation of CRM systems.
• Assist in the annual business and financial planning for investors/customers, encompassing customer offerings and budget proposals.
• Develop executive and customer communications, presentations, and narratives that simplify complex information and make it actionable.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare, including direct involvement with or support of health plans.
• In-depth knowledge of the health plan landscape and the priorities of senior health plan leaders, such as Chief Pharmacy Officers and Vice Presidents of Pharmacy.
• Experience in supporting executive governance bodies, advisory councils, boards, or similar groups, including agenda creation, executive communications, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to establish credibility with internal team members and senior investor/customer leaders.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, particularly in executive storytelling and presentation development that aligns with brand standards.
• Robust project management capabilities and the ability to handle competing priorities while structuring ambiguous tasks.
• Resourceful, inquisitive, and adaptable to transitioning between diverse types of work and unfamiliar challenges.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to structure complex issues, connect insights across customers and teams, and formulate actionable solutions.
• Experience in pharmacy, PBM, or health plan pharmacy is highly preferred.
• An advanced degree is a plus.
