This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and implement comprehensive global digital health go-to-market and commercialization strategies for clients in the life sciences sector and their ecosystem partners.
• Influence the design, positioning, and scaling of digital therapeutics, digital companions, connected care solutions, telemedicine, AI-powered tools, XR applications, and combination products.
• Lead or assist in strategic initiatives encompassing ideation, value proposition development, launch strategies, market access, and global deployment.
• Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) and business model strategies for digital health assets.
• Advise clients and internal teams on how to unlock scalable value where pharmaceutical commercialization intersects with digital innovation.
• Formulate commercialization and market launch strategies, particularly focused on Europe.
• Convert regulatory requirements, user needs, clinical evidence, and market demands into actionable commercialization roadmaps.
• Assist with regulatory and HTA submissions, reimbursement documentation, and applications for digital health procurement.
• Align digital strategies with agency operations, brand planning, omnichannel campaigns, and field enablement efforts.
• Perform market analysis, competitive landscaping, care pathway evaluations, and technology scouting.
• Derive business insights and innovative strategies using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Serve as a strategic partner to global and regional pharmaceutical and medtech clients.
• Lead or co-facilitate strategic workshops, advisory boards, and innovation co-design sessions.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Oversee or assist cross-functional teams from the planning phase through to implementation.
• Coordinate resources from agencies, data providers, technology partners, and regulatory bodies when necessary.
• Mentor junior strategists and enhance internal capabilities.
• Contribute to business development efforts, proposals, pitches, client support, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Craft strategy presentations, business plans, and narrative deliverables in English and optionally in Italian.
• Articulate complex concepts to clients, KOLs, and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Support the creation of articles, policy summaries, and dissemination strategies.
• Bridge Health Innovation with commercial, medical, data, regulatory, and agency capabilities across EVERSANA.
• Proven experience in defining and executing go-to-market (GTM) and commercialization strategies for digital health products.
• Established ability to function as a strategic partner for pharmaceutical and health innovation clients.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization models, product lifecycle management, and launch planning processes.
• Experience in leading client-facing strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional delivery teams.
• Capability to translate clinical evidence, regulatory and policy requirements, and user needs into effective strategic roadmaps.
• Proficiency in drafting business and launch plans, contributing to regulatory submissions, HTA dossiers, reimbursement applications, and digital health procurement processes.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Italian language skills are preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to engage with healthcare stakeholders, including KOLs, clinicians, patient associations, and subject matter experts.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and narrative formats.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and creativity.
• Ability to work autonomously in complex, dynamic environments.
• Competence in navigating a corporate, matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities.
• An advanced degree in Medicine, Public Health, Health Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferable.
• 5–7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medtech, or digital health sectors is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with life sciences go-to-market strategies for digital innovations, medical devices, or connected care platforms.
• Strong understanding of European healthcare systems, market access pathways, and trends in digital health policy.
• Knowledge of value demonstration, health economics, or evidence generation strategies is advantageous.
• Experience working collaboratively with agency, data, technology, and AI teams.
• Practical experience in strategic design and implementation.
• Experience in authoring publications, white papers, or policy briefs is valued.
• Minimum of 40 hours of work per week.
• Occasional domestic and international travel required, but not frequently.
