Health Coach, Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized virtual coaching centered on nutrition, weight management, chronic disease prevention, and promoting healthy lifestyle habits.

• Create tailored care plans along with measurable wellness objectives.

• Inspire and assist members in achieving sustainable behavioral modifications.

• Record coaching sessions, monitor progress, and document outcomes.

• Work in partnership with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide integrated care.

• Keep abreast of advancements in nutrition science, coaching methodologies, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required credential: Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN).

• State dietitian licensure as required, with a willingness to acquire additional state licenses if necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in health coaching, medical nutrition therapy, disease management, and weight management medical nutritional therapy, as well as behavior change.

• Excellent skills in motivational interviewing, communication, and relationship development.

• Familiarity with telehealth and digital health platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and various technology tools.
