📋 Description

• Deliver individualized virtual coaching centered on nutrition, weight management, chronic disease prevention, and fostering healthy lifestyle habits.

• Create tailored care plans alongside measurable wellness objectives.

• Inspire and assist members in adopting sustainable behavioral changes.

• Record coaching sessions, track progress, and evaluate outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide integrated care.

• Remain updated on nutrition science, coaching methodologies, and leading practices.

• Empower members to reach their health and wellness aspirations through customized nutrition counseling, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based strategies for behavior change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential.

• Required state dietitian licensure where applicable, and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in health coaching, medical nutrition therapy, disease management, weight management medical nutritional therapy, and behavior modification.

• Exceptional skills in motivational interviewing, communication, and relationship development.

• Familiarity with telehealth and digital health platforms.

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications and technology tools.
