Health Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage a caseload and guide members from onboarding through their 90-day milestone and beyond.

• Conduct virtual kickoff and check-in sessions.

• Provide asynchronous support to members through warm, timely, and clear communication.

• Develop personalized, data-driven plans for fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery utilizing AI tools.

• Employ motivational interviewing and reflective listening techniques to facilitate behavior change.

• Contextualize body composition scans, bloodwork, and GLP-1 considerations within the coaching scope, with guidance from the Clinical Team.

• Monitor progress against member objectives and celebrate achievements in behavior and consistency.

• Share insights about members with the team to help refine the evolving coaching program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full board certification as an NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach) is required.

• An associate's degree or higher, or a comparable, experience-based pathway to coaching certification.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing coaching or training roles.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.

• Capability to work with a diverse member population.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong presence.

• Proficiency in synthesizing health data.

• Experience in coaching clients using nutrition applications and wearable devices.

• Must reside in an approved state: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah.
