Health Care Quality Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in securing accreditation for health plans, health outcomes, and long-term support services.

• Aid in fulfilling quality contract obligations, which include performance improvement initiatives, analysis of quality enhancement activities, and evaluation of quality programs.

• Contribute to the formulation and execution of Quality Management projects and tasks.

• Transform data analysis findings into valuable business insights and communicate conclusions regarding departmental performance.

• Support the execution and reporting of quality committees.

• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative data analysis to meet operational objectives.

• Compile Quality Management documents in accordance with business requirements.

• Connect quality management initiatives to business objectives through innovation, integration, and information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must live in Florida or be prepared to relocate to Florida within 3 to 4 months of the start date.

• Relocation assistance is not available.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managed care quality and/or provider quality.

• Experience in leading or assisting with performance improvement projects (PIPs) and/or NCQA accreditation.

• Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.

• Excellent communication skills for interaction with various internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in managed care quality.
