This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Align job descriptions with client needs.

• Proactively identify candidates through various platforms.

• Conduct interviews based on competencies and behavioral assessments.

• Prepare reports evaluating candidates.

• Present qualified candidates for available roles.

• Follow up on recruitment processes with both clients and candidates.

• Create strategies for talent attraction and mapping.

• Maintain and nurture relationships with companies and professionals in the industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and selection processes.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate sourcing methods.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• A consultative, analytical, and results-driven mindset.

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Preferred: experience in HR consulting.

• Preferred: experience in recruiting for strategic, technical, or leadership roles.

• Preferred: knowledge of DISC and competency-based interviewing techniques.

• A high school diploma is also listed in the “Education Requirements” section.
