This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more countries.
β’ Create and execute the Total Reward agenda as part of GoGlobal's People strategy and transformation roadmap.
β’ Convert People and business priorities into scalable Reward solutions and actionable implementation plans.
β’ Offer Total Reward expertise, insights, and recommendations to the Fractional Head of People and the Executive Leadership Team.
β’ Design and implement a global job architecture, grading system, career levels, and salary structures.
β’ Conduct external market benchmarking and provide data to inform pay and workforce decisions.
β’ Develop reward and pay philosophies, policies, governance, and decision-making frameworks.
β’ Spearhead the annual salary and compensation review process in collaboration with People, Finance, and business leaders.
β’ Oversee global employee benefits design, market reviews, renewals, and relationships with brokers/providers.
β’ Establish payroll governance, controls, ownership, escalation processes, and oversight mechanisms.
β’ Support pay equity, EU Pay Transparency, and emerging regulatory requirements.
β’ Advise on compensation decisions regarding recruitment, promotions, internal transfers, and retention strategies.
β’ Develop Reward analytics, reporting, and insights for workforce planning and Executive decision-making.
β’ Identify Reward-related risks, opportunities, and emerging priorities.
β’ Collaborate with Talent, HR Operations, and People colleagues to integrate Reward initiatives.
β’ Take ownership of hands-on implementation and delivery within the Reward function and contribute to broader People transformation programs.
β’ Demonstrated experience in building and scaling Total Reward capabilities within a dynamic, international organization.
β’ Proven track record in creating reward frameworks, job architecture, benchmarking, and pay practices from the ground up.
β’ Hands-on experience in compensation, job architecture, grading, market benchmarking, salary structures, annual pay reviews, global benefits, and payroll governance.
β’ Ability to operate across multiple countries, markets, currencies, and regulatory landscapes.
β’ Familiarity with pay transparency practices.
β’ Capability to transition between strategic design and practical execution.
β’ Strong ability to formulate recommendations and provide constructive challenges.
β’ Highly collaborative leadership approach, with experience partnering with senior People leaders and functional heads.
β’ Comfortable working with incomplete data and establishing structure where it may be lacking.
β’ Typically possesses 10+ years of experience in Total Reward, including senior leadership roles in a fast-paced, international environment.
β’ A relevant HR or Reward qualification is preferred.
