
Head of Service Delivery – Oracle Health Implementation Leadership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete service delivery performance across all company engagements, encompassing scope, schedules, quality, resourcing, financial performance, and risk management.
• Develop and lead a scalable service delivery operating model that includes defined roles, accountability, governance, escalation pathways, delivery practices, and reporting mechanisms.
• Define, implement, and oversee delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure that engagements fulfill performance targets, contractual obligations, governmental requirements, and relevant Service Level Agreements.
• Act as the senior delivery representative for healthcare clients, technology vendors, system integrators, prime contractors, and partners.
• Lead and cultivate service delivery leaders, program and project managers, functional and technical leads, consultants, and subject matter experts.
• Foster the development of capable managers and a collaborative, accountable consulting culture.
• Provide coaching, cross-training, and assignment opportunities to facilitate employee growth and adapt to changing program needs.
• Ensure adherence to government/client labor category requirements, training, and certification standards.
• Manage the financial performance of the consulting organization and programs, including budgets, forecasts, burn rates, revenue, margins, funding, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and the Contract Program Management Office on forecasting, invoicing, funding management, reporting, and compliance with FAR/DFARS.
• Represent the Service Delivery function during contract negotiations, modifications, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with Growth leadership on staffing, workforce planning, onboarding, delivery readiness, pursuits, proposals, and post-award transitions.
• Identify opportunities for adjacent services, increased workshare, contract expansions, and follow-on work.
• Recognize future delivery capabilities in data interoperability, cybersecurity, health analytics, training, clinical informatics, EHR sustainment, and related transformation services.
• Establish a scalable model that enables simultaneous initiatives with consistent governance, visibility, quality, and accountability.
• Over 10 years of experience leading large, complex healthcare IT programs within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Expertise in Oracle Health is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-task-order portfolios and large-scale implementations.
• Experience overseeing multiple major initiatives concurrently is essential.
• Experience with government healthcare modernization programs is ideal.
• Proven track record in building and scaling large consulting teams, including leading managers and senior leaders.
• Capability to establish consistent governance, performance metrics, and operational practices across various programs.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasts, utilization, funding, revenue, and margins.
• Ability to leverage operational and financial data to inform decisions and provide transparent reporting.
• A solid understanding of federal acquisition and delivery environments, including FAR/DFARS requirements and task order management, is strongly preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain the necessary federal clearance.
