This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement Teton’s U.S. Skilled Nursing go-to-market strategy.
• Convert customer engagement and market demand into a repeatable, scalable sales process.
• Personally create a pipeline and close key skilled nursing opportunities.
• Lead intricate enterprise deals by multi-threading, aligning with executives, developing business cases, conducting site visits, and delivering executive presentations.
• Enhance skilled nursing positioning based on operational and clinical priorities, reimbursement, regulatory requirements, and financial challenges.
• Establish a consistent operating rhythm for pipeline generation, qualification, deal progression, forecasting, CRM governance, and account planning.
• Build and expand the dedicated Skilled Nursing sales organization, including segmentation, territory model, hiring strategy, and performance expectations.
• Represent Teton at skilled nursing conferences, state and national associations, and executive forums.
• Forge senior industry relationships to bolster Teton’s market presence.
• Drive Teton’s growth in acquiring new logos across the U.S. skilled nursing sector.
• Report directly to the Global VP of Sales.
• Reside in the United States, within a reasonable (~60-minute) commute to a major or semi-major airport.
• Extensive experience selling in the U.S. skilled nursing market.
• In-depth knowledge of the commercial, operational, reimbursement, and regulatory landscape of the skilled nursing segment.
• Capability to translate market insights into a credible go-to-market strategy and sales methodology.
• Established industry network is highly advantageous.
• Proven record as a successful individual contributor.
• Consistently surpassing million-dollar new business quotas.
• Closing high six-figure ACV deals through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Ability to function as both a builder and player-coach.
• Experience in introducing and scaling new technologies within the skilled nursing market is a significant asset.
• A rigorous, data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, CRM accuracy, qualification, performance management, and sales governance.
• Demonstrated experience in building or scaling sales teams, segmentation models, territories, processes, methodologies, and repeatable go-to-market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the United States.
