This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate Teton’s U.S. Senior Living net-new sales team, encompassing BDR and full-cycle Account Executive roles.
• Enhance the commercial operating rhythm across pipeline development, deal advancement, forecasting, CRM governance, performance oversight, and team accountability.
• Serve as a proactive deal leader on key enterprise opportunities, including multi-threading, stakeholder mapping, executive alignment, business-case formulation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Participate in essential customer meetings, site visits, and executive presentations to finalize strategic agreements.
• Strengthen the sales process and refine structure, segmentation, and coverage for mid-market and SMB operators.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture additional commercial talent.
• Represent Teton at industry conferences, state associations, and executive forums.
• Contribute to refining go-to-market strategies, messaging, pricing, and commercial execution.
• Report directly to the Global VP of Sales.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Should reside within a reasonable (~60-minute) commute to a major or semi-major airport.
• Extensive experience in selling to the U.S. senior living market, ideally backed by a robust industry network.
• Proven track record as a top-performing individual contributor, consistently surpassing significant new business targets and closing complex, high six-figure ACV deals across lengthy sales cycles.
• Demonstrated sales leadership experience in managing, coaching, and developing BDRs, Account Executives, or similar net-new business teams.
• Capability to function as a genuine player-coach.
• Extensive experience managing prolonged, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving executive buyers, clinical and operational leaders, procurement, legal, and ownership groups.
• Rigorous, data-driven methodology for pipeline management, forecasting, CRM accuracy, qualification, performance oversight, and sales governance.
• Experience in building or scaling sales teams, segmentation models, territories, processes, methodologies, and repeatable go-to-market approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the United States.
