Head of Sales – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of 5–6 individuals (setters and closers)

• Daily management of the team, including responsibilities for recruitment, onboarding, training, and individual performance evaluations

• Supervise sales funnels through Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, calls, and VSLs leading up to the closing call

• Enhance sales funnels and pinpoint areas of friction

• Track follow-ups and ensure high conversation quality

• Listen to calls and assess conversations to support team improvement

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators, including first-response time, appointment-booking rate, show-up rate, closing rate, and revenue

• Refine call scripts, messaging sequences, and follow-up templates

• Minimize no-show rates

• Provide weekly performance reports to management and suggest enhancements

• Conduct closing calls as needed

• Execute a case study that includes an analysis of sales figures and a 30-day action plan

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the online education and creator-business sector

• Experience in managing a sales team (either setting or closing)

• Strong skills in both setting and closing, with the capability to train others in these areas

• Comfortable with numerical data and managing performance via dashboards

• Proficient in CRM systems, appointment scheduling tools, WhatsApp Business, and ManyChat

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
