This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of generating new business through effective prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals.
• Oversee the management of existing accounts and drive Customer Success across the entire portfolio.
• Responsible for achieving annual revenue targets for both new business and existing accounts.
• Generate sales forecasts and pipeline reports; assess risks and formulate recovery strategies.
• Present revenue performance updates to the Managing Director and the Senior Leadership Team.
• Manage inputs related to pricing, deal structures, commercial terms, and escalations.
• Mentor and develop the Sales Executive team member.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Lead Customer Success initiatives, ensuring account health, retention strategies, churn mitigation, onboarding, adoption, and engagement.
• Define commercial policies, approval workflows, standards for CRM utilization, and forecasting practices.
• Establish a consistent weekly sales rhythm across new business initiatives, account management, and Customer Success efforts.
• Build and nurture a high-performing commercial team.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director on enablement initiatives and campaign strategies.
• Provide strategic advice to the Managing Director regarding team structure and revenue enhancement.
• Report directly to the Managing Director while overseeing the Sales Executive, Account Director, and two Customer Success Managers.
• Proven experience in leading new business creation, account management, and Customer Success across a diverse portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue targets, sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, pricing strategies, deal structuring, and commercial agreements.
• Proficient in prospecting, building pipelines, closing sales, cross-selling/upselling, and implementing retention and churn prevention strategies.
• Experience in coaching and developing sales personnel.
• Familiarity with establishing standards for CRM usage, forecasting rigor, commercial policies, and approval protocols.
• Capability to construct a scalable and predictable revenue model along with a high-performing commercial team.
• Ability to function as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.
• Strong collaboration skills with the Marketing Director, Product Director, and R&D Director.
• Scheduled weekly hours: 37.5.
