This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Lead and enhance the Product organization.
• Mentor and assist Product Managers and Product Designers.
• Take ownership of the commercial case for the roadmap, focusing on unit economics, segment dynamics, pricing, packaging, and expansion strategies.
• Enhance product discovery through customer engagement, problem identification, hypothesis formulation, opportunity assessment, and validation.
• Guide teams towards data-informed outcomes and measurable indicators.
• Oversee Product Design as part of the Product team to ensure cohesive user experiences.
• Advance the Human-Centered AI philosophy.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to deepen domain knowledge, explore use cases, and ensure quality and outcomes.
• Assist teams in converting complex clinical, operational, and customer workflows into straightforward product models and decisions.
• Transform company strategy into targeted product initiatives, team missions, and measurable results.
• Establish product rhythms, decision-making frameworks, roadmap practices, and review schedules without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Ensure roadmap clarity throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with Design on discovery, usability, accessibility, and simplicity.
• Work closely with Marketing on product direction, customer value, launch timing, positioning, and outcomes.
• Enhance the quality of product communication.
• Thoughtfully build the product organization, including PM profiles, hiring standards, team structure, and development pathways.
• Within the first 6–12 months, develop a coaching model, shared discovery practices, improved cross-functional collaboration, clearer outcome measurement, AI-enabled workflows, integrated Product Design, and improved roadmap communication.
• Report directly to Nikolaj Hendriksen.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, including leadership or coaching of PMs.
• Strong product discovery skills and a proven record of enabling teams to make superior product decisions.
• Experience in leading or closely collaborating with Product Design.
• Knowledge of how design enhances product quality, usability, and coherence.
• Experience working in technically complex SaaS environments alongside engineering teams.
• Comfortable navigating an AI-first product landscape.
• Curiosity about how AI can enhance discovery, synthesis, prototyping, delivery, and decision-making while maintaining human judgment and domain expertise.
• Ability to thrive in uncertain environments and provide clarity without excessive processes.
• Strong systems thinking capabilities and comfort with intricate workflows, domain models, and customer ecosystems.
• Coaching-focused leadership style founded on trust, clarity, curiosity, and high standards.
• Excellent communication skills to align executives, PMs, designers, engineers, marketers, and customer-facing teams.
• Experience in healthcare, education, outcomes, AI-enabled products, or mission-driven SaaS is a plus.
