Head of Pricing and Margin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of Greencross' enterprise pricing and margin strategy.

• Direct the enterprise pricing and margin strategy.

• Propel commercial performance and profitability initiatives.

• Supervise pricing governance, billing accuracy, and charge capture.

• Create business cases, financial models, and provide commercial decision support.

• Guide the commercial design of the PIMS service catalogue and billing framework.

• Discover margin enhancement opportunities across services, clinics, and hospitals.

• Manage reporting, analytics, and performance assessment.

• Lead and nurture the pricing team.

• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Data, and Technology teams.

• Report directly to the General Manager of Commercial Performance.

• Impact strategic decisions and assist in the PIMS transformation program.

• Profound knowledge of the veterinary industry.

• Proven experience in leading commercial, operational, or transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with veterinary service delivery, clinic economics, and client care.

• Capability to influence senior stakeholders and engage across various functions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in building team capabilities, leading teams, or driving organizational change.

• Background in commercial, operational, finance, or veterinary leadership, preferably within the veterinary sector.

• Familiarity with pricing, service economics, and business performance.

• Insight into how veterinary teams operate and how commercial decisions affect client experience and clinical delivery.
