This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of creating and managing integration plans for new partner companies and locations encompassing IT, Finance, People, and Operations.
• Assist new partner companies from the acquisition phase through to full integration into the Arsipa platform.
• Coordinate the involved functions, acting as the primary liaison between growth strategies and operational execution.
• Foster acceptance of group-wide processes among the managing directors of the subsidiaries.
• Recognize best practices and convert them into standardized Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop and continually enhance scalable structures and efficient workflows.
• Identify synergies and formulate actionable measures for operational scaling.
• Integrate local strengths with central group standards.
• Collaborate with the Tech team to migrate existing systems to digital platforms for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Oversee the transformation of analog business models into digitally focused processes.
• Establish and monitor relevant KPIs to assess integration success and operational scaling.
• Detect inefficiencies and illustrate the financial impact of initiatives using the gathered data.
• A minimum of six years of relevant professional experience in post-merger integration, management consulting focusing on transformation or integration, or a similar strategic and operational position.
• Proven experience in creating scalable structures and refining complex integration processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in both German and English, with exceptional negotiation abilities.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• A pragmatic, execution-driven, and data-oriented work approach.
• Background in healthcare, MedTech, or professional services would be advantageous.
• Experience in a private equity setting with a buy-and-build strategy is preferred.
• Familiarity with transforming analog business models into digitally oriented organizations would be beneficial.
• Previous collaboration with managing directors and central functions on cross-company integration or transformation projects would enhance the profile.
