Head of Partner Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive partner sales strategy for the Americas that aligns with the company's objectives and revenue goals.

• Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing partner sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.

• Identify, recruit, and nurture strategic partners, including system integrators, value-added resellers, and technology partners.

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing partners.

• Enhance partner engagement and enablement by providing knowledge, tools, and resources.

• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product development, and professional services.

• Lead complex sales cycles, present solutions, and address objections effectively.

• Utilize CRM and sales data systems to track partner performance, forecast sales, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Identify new partner opportunities and manage partner pipelines.

• Represent Temenos at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

• Articulate the value proposition of Temenos solutions to both partners and end customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in partner sales leadership within the financial technology or enterprise software sector, particularly in the Americas region.

• A demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets and generating substantial revenue growth through partner channels.

• Exceptional skill in building rapport and establishing strong, trusted relationships with partners at all levels.

• Highly adept at closing complex sales deals, with a thorough understanding of sales methodologies and negotiation strategies.

• Customer-centric approach with the capability to comprehend customer needs and align solutions accordingly.

• Proficient in sales data management and sales tools, including CRM and Salesforce.

• Strong direct selling capabilities, with the ability to empower partners to sell independently.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

• Understanding of buying influences and decision-making processes within target markets.

• Capability to expand service offerings and identify new opportunities within existing partner relationships.

• Proactive in initiating compelling sales discussions and managing buyer indifference.

• Expertise in prospecting and pipeline management.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable.
