Head of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the operating system that facilitates Mira's care, encompassing patient enrollment and onboarding, Care Advocate recruitment, training, staffing, clinician credentialing, and the transformation of care into revenue.

• Collaborate with the COO to develop and expand patient enrollment, provider teams, Care Advocate teams, and their associated workflows.

• Partner with engineering teams to ensure that internal systems adhere to stringent standards.

• Work alongside compliance, credentialing, and enrollment teams to prepare providers for patient interactions and to satisfy CMS requirements.

• Transform processes reliant on personnel into documented, measurable, and repeatable workflows.

• Create capacity plans for Advocate and clinician staffing based on demand forecasts.

• Identify and address the most critical bottleneck on a weekly basis.

• Build and lead the operations team as Mira continues to grow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree from a top 15 institution.

• Previous experience at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain.

• Proven leadership in strategy and operations following consulting, with quantifiable outcomes.

• Demonstrated history of developing predictable, measurable systems in a dynamic, high-accountability environment.

• Preferred: experience in healthcare operations, particularly in Medicare, provider operations, or revenue cycle management.

• Preferred: experience with a high-growth startup.

• Preferred: expertise in financial modeling.

• Preferred: familiarity with Claude Code for creating proof-of-concept artifacts that evolve into dashboards or processes.
